Civil Penalty Notice

The Local Authority on occasions may decide to impose a financial penalty as an alternative to prosecution for a landlord running an unlicensed HMO property or renting out a property without a selective licence in place. The amount can vary between £10,000 up to £30,000. £30,000 is the maximum. Should you receive a Civil Penalty Notice from the Council contact us on 0207 859 4451, we will make representations on your behalf to the Council.
